You can cancel your order before it has been processed by us. We'll refund the full amount you've paid for such a cancellation. Generally, after receiving your order, our company dispatches your shipment to your given address through a third party courier Shipping Service Provider company within the next 24 hours, so if you want to cancel your purchased product, you can inform us by calling our company's customer care number +91- 8791885717 within 24 hours of your order so that we can cancel your order. Your amount will be credited to your bank account form Open Help 24 Hours. The refund amount will be credited back to the source account within 3-4 working days. In the case of certain public sector banks, it can take up to 10-15 working days.
After receiving the order confirmation, our company dispatches the shipment to customer's given postal address through a third party courier Shipping Service Provider company within the next 24 hours. The third party courier Shipping Service Provider company committed to deliver the shipment to given address within 7 to 10 official working days, The customer can track their order also via given tracking shipment option also and in case of delay the customer can call to currier company directly or they can call us also for any issue to confirm about their shipment.
We do not offer refunds or exchange on products once the purchased product Tag has been activated after delivered , It's mean that all sales are final. Buyer can return or exchange the purchased product in such of these conditions only - (i) Product is Damaged (ii) Received wrong Item only. Our refund or exchange policy lasts for 1 to 5 official working days days after getting our product back to company. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return & refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and bill. To complete your return or exchange, we require to verify your number, HSN, AWB and name. After the verification and receiving our product back to us, the refund amount will be credited back to the source account within 3-4 working days. In the case of certain public sector banks, it can take up to 10-15 working days.
Once the product tag has been activated by the buyer, the sale is considered final, and no refunds will be provided.
